In fact, here at Selective most of our matches are made in less than two weeks.

We tailor our recommendations to make sure that we suggest the most compatible matches between intended parents and surrogates. Before making a match we thoroughly vet our surrogates. This includes:
Criminal background checks, OB clearance, creating a full profile with all relevant background information, a virtual home visit, collection and review of medical records and past pregnancies, phycological clearance and an insurance review.
We also believe that surrogacy should be affordable. Unlike many agencies, we do not collect any upfront fees. We break our fee into two installments, and no payment is made until after you have selected that perfect surrogate.

If you work with our agency, in many cases an embryo transfer can be completed in as little as three months. Because we already have surrogates who are ready to match, we are able to cut out months of waiting time. Once the surrogate has been medically cleared by your clinic, the embryo transfer process can begin.
A lawyer is needed to facilitate the surrogacy arrangement, and Selective Surrogacy will walk you through each step of the legal process. While you are free to use any law firm that you want, we work closely with experienced attorneys who specialize in surrogacy. In addition, we are the only agency in the country with a lawyer on staff and an in-house surrogacy legal team that is ready to answer any questions you may have.
We conduct a full insurance review prior to suggesting a match including an ART review. Some insurance is “surrogate friendly” in which case you would not need supplemental insurance. The surrogate’s profile will include all applicable insurance information relating to her coverage, and if you do need to purchase additional insurance we will make sure you are well informed so you can pick the policy that best fits your needs and budget.
